3. Datenweitergabe und Auslandstransfer
Zur Bereitstellung dieses Webshops und zur sicheren Abwicklung von Bestellungen arbeiten wir mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Dabei kommt es zu einer Übermittlung von Daten in Länder ausserhalb der Schweiz:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): Bietet die Webhosting-Infrastruktur, Content Delivery Network (CDN) und Sicherheitsdienste. Die USA verfügen über kein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau; die Übermittlung ist jedoch durch das Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework sowie Standardvertragsklauseln abgesichert.
- Shopify Inc. (Shopify Trust & Safety, 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Kanada): Betreibt die E-Commerce-Plattform, das Warenkorbsystem und die Zahlungsabwicklung. Kanada verfügt gemäss offizieller Feststellung des Bundesrates über ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau.

When you visit our website and process orders in our webshop, we process the following categories of data:
- Order & Contact Data: Full name, billing and shipping address, e-mail address, phone number.
- Payment Metadata: Information regarding your chosen payment method (direct processing is handled securely by our payment processor).
- Technical Data & Log Files: IP address, date/time of access, browser type, operating system (collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure).
Processing is carried out for the purpose of contract fulfillment (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a nDSG) and to maintain the stability and security of our storefront.
3. Data Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfers
To provide this webshop and process customer transactions securely, we collaborate with external service providers. This involves transferring personal data to countries outside of Switzerland:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): Provides our web hosting infrastructure, edge network routing, and security firewalls. The USA does not have an adequacy decision by default; however, data protection is guaranteed via the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
